Some RNAs, despite their small sizes (< 200nt), can surprisingly regulate gene expressions on multiple levels. I will present some RNA discovery work in the course of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) research. I will be more focused on computational predictions of small RNAs targeting AD’s signature molecule BACE1.
