We consider advection of passive scalar by smooth random velocity field. Weak diffusion, playing the role of small-scale regulator, is also taken into account. Correlations at the scales larger than the pumping scale, and their sensitivity to small-scale diffusion, are analyzed. This is a joint work with M. Chertkov and V. Lebedev.
