Statistics of magnetic force in kinematic dynamo

Sergey Vergeles
Landau Institute

Further studying of magnetic dynamo at kinematic stage is implemented. Velocity field is assumed to be large scale. As it is shown, in such a model magnetic force does not grows after diffusion scale is achieved. Nevertheless, the PDF of force has long intermittent tail, which is of interest. Some preliminary results are presented for calculation of the tail. The problem is connected with another problem, namely mixing of passive scalar in turbulence with external pumping. The problem was solved in 2D case. Qualitative discussion of the problem is given.
